We live here.  We look forward to summers here.  We cherish ocean breezes, long weekends, and sunny vacation days so we can spend quality time with beach friends and create lasting memories with our families. 

Let’s not wait for the future. For the past two summers, so many people tell us how great it is to see the beach alive again, to see families enjoying the simple things in life, and to once again watch brilliant displays of fireworks light up the beach.

Let’s do what we can now to make this beach our beach again, to create the vibrancy that we experienced as children so that the next generation can have the same great memories that we hold in our hearts and minds of summers at Salisbury Beach.

Let’s continue to bring fresh, new, yet good old-fashioned fun back to the beach. This year, the Salisbury Beach Partnership and the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce have partnered to bring residents and visitors three festivals, 11 fireworks shows and live music concerts on a new beachfront stage, Friday Night DJ Beach Parties with “The Valley’s Got Talent Competition,” the return of a 50 foot carousel to Pirates Fun Park through the end of July, and a revitalized and expanded pedestrian way to the waterfront at the Broadway Mall, all in addition to our annual festivals—Sand & Sea Festival, Merrimack River Maritime Festival, and the 4th of July SandSculpting Spectacular.
